利用規約（A2Pメッセージサービス）

1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Minami Life Gym（Life Inc. 株式会社、以下「当社」）が提供するA2Pメッセージサービスの利用について定めるものです。A2Pフォームを送信し当社サービスを利用することで、お客様（以下「ユーザー」）は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。ご利用前に必ずお読みください。
2. メッセージ受信への同意
ユーザーが携帯電話番号を提供しA2Pフォームを送信することで、Minami Life Gym（Life Inc. 株式会社）からのSMS/MMS（スケジュール、予約リマインダー、プロモーション情報など）を受信することに明示的に同意したものとします。メッセージ配信頻度はご利用状況により異なる場合があります。
3. 配信停止（オプトアウト）
ユーザーは、当社から受信したSMSに「STOP」と返信することで、いつでも配信を停止できます。配信停止後は、再登録をしない限りメッセージは送信されません。再登録する場合は、新たにA2Pフォームを送信するか、当社が案内する方法に従ってください。
4. 通信料とデータ料金
メッセージ受信にかかる通信料・データ料は、ユーザーの通信事業者や契約プランによって異なります。発生した費用はユーザーの負担となります。
5. データ収集と利用
A2Pメッセージサービスを利用することで、当社はユーザーの携帯電話番号やA2Pフォームに入力された情報などを収集・利用することがあります。これらのデータは、サービス提供および連絡のために利用されます。当社はプライバシーポリシーに従いデータを取り扱い、ユーザーの電話番号を第三者に共有、販売、譲渡することはありません。
6. 法令遵守
当社は、適用されるすべての法令・規制（米国のTCPAやGDPRを含むがこれに限らない）を遵守します。ユーザーもサービス利用にあたり、関連する法令を遵守するものとします。
7. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは、当社のA2Pメッセージサービスを違法または禁止された目的で利用しないことに同意します。また、提供する情報の正確性や、受信したメッセージに基づく行動について一切の責任を負うものとします。
8. 保証の否認
当社のA2Pメッセージサービスは「現状のまま」「利用可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社はサービスの中断、エラーがないこと、安全性などについて一切の保証を行いません。
9. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Life Inc. 株式会社は、当サービスの利用に関連して発生する直接的・間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
10. 規約の変更
当社は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。変更後の規約は、当社ウェブサイトへの掲載またはSMSによる通知をもって直ちに効力を生じるものとします。変更後も引き続きサービスを利用する場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
11. 準拠法
本規約は、米国法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。法の抵触に関する原則は適用されません。

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of A2P messaging services provided by Minami Life Gym (Life Inc. 株式会社),(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting the A2P form and using our services, you (“User” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the A2P form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Minami Life Gym (Life Inc. 株式会社), regarding scheduling, appointment reminders and promotional information. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
3. Opt-Out
You may opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, you must submit a new A2P form or follow the re-enrollment process provided by us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider as a result of receiving messages from us.
5. Data Collection and Usage
By using our A2P messaging services, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data, including your mobile phone number and any information provided through the A2P form. We will use this data to provide you with the requested services and communications. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, We do not share, sell and/or trade our customers/user’s phone numbers.
6. Compliance with Laws
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable. By using our services, you agree to comply with all relevant legal requirements.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use our A2P messaging services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any actions taken in response to the messages you receive.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our A2P messaging services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
